Carlo Giovanni Monsanto

Carlo is an original thinker, research scholar, inventor and teacher. Ever since early in life, he observed how the world changes, socially, technologically, but also in terms of ever-increasing threats to a sustainable existence on Earth. A deeply harmonizing process enabled him to co-realize and systematize IOLEE as an inside-out action learning process that is essential to resolving inner barriers. IOLEE, Inside Out Learning Experience Ecosystem, is a quantum social learning (QSL) approach and a missing transdisciplinary link and language-learning framework that can be applied in various fields to facilitate transformational change at a personal, social, and global scale. IOLEE focuses on developing the language-skills around the ability to describe how one’s social interactions actually emerge from within (referred to as: intra-action). This transparent integration of the subjective and objective brings back the balance between the programmatic side of an organization and life unfolding during the learning and business processes. Carlo founded various companies before co-founding and facilitating direction in IOLEE Ecosystem (USA).

Andreea Georgiana Petruse

Due to a variety of life experiences, Andreea became entrenched from a young age in the pursuit of deeper self-awareness and understanding of the human condition. She has a Master’s in organizational systems with a focus on leadership and pedagogical application, a Bachelor's cum laude in cultural anthropology, and independent studies in transpersonal psychology, trauma resolution, education theory, and philosophy. She currently holds a remote private therapeutic practice, Education2Thrive. Among her long-term goals is the provision of empowering internal frameworks to educators and students (K-12), with the hope of shaping a new educational paradigm. Andreea is contributing to IOLEE as both an ambassador of its methodology and a guide in its development as a curriculum. She believes in IOLEE's capacity among other things, to effectively guide children to develop trauma/conflict resolution skills early in life and thus, better traverse life’s difficult passages. Andreea is author of the upcoming book, Song Of The Child in which she further explores this vision and its affect on social evolution.
