My Experience with IOLEE!
“I had felt blockages such as tension and pressure in my stomach area, in my lower back, in my shoulders and neck, in my jaw and tongue, a lump in my throat, pressure on my chest, headache, and skin rash. These were just a few of many symptoms, after a recent viral infection. Through IOLEE I learned a simple process by which I would hold space to map, decode, receive, and feel through these blockages. As part of this process, my mentor would assist in pinpointing and describing what sensations (what I used to call complaints) were expressing in these parts of my body. I learned to “read” the language of my feelings based on these expressions in my body, translating specific sensations into feelings and reactions to real-world themes. Immediately, upon recognizing the pattern, related painful memories of past situations or impressions would effortlessly come up and join the experience, which enabled me to navigate through my body, opening up to the possibility of receiving whatever wanted to be felt, holding space to the painful experience that I still had not allowed to receive and resolve. After processing each experience, expansion, peace, and quiet would again return. A sense of “it's okay” would ensue. It felt like coming home into myself”.

IOLEE, A Quantum Social Learning Approach
In quantum social learning (QSL) quantum theory is used to describe what is observed when introspectively exploring subjective and objective experience.
BackgroundLife in today's society has developed in such a way that there is great pressure to achieve success. The focus here is on material value and not on feeling, understanding and processing feelings and emotions, which we experience as life unfolds. This is particularly reflected in the remarkably stagnant mental state of people. The need for growth opens the way to consciously feeling and processing what reaches you from inside and outside. This can support a process of self-development at any level from within. IOLEE, Inside Out Learning Experience Ecosystem, offers a novel quantum social learning (QSL) based framework, action learning method and practice, developed by a team of experts over more than 20 years. In QSL, quantum theory is used to describe seemingly unrelated mechanisms, effects, and qualities and how these relate to each other, when observed in the introspective examination of subjective and objective experiences.

Action LearningOn the basis of IOLEE, we guide you in a process of action learning in which you co-create the environment in which you learn to recognize repetitive rigid patterns. You learn to open yourself to seeing and feeling the core of what is experienced and stagnant. To facilitate this, IOLEE uses introspection, self-reflection and listening to explore feelings and sensations that you experience in your body. By increasing your vocabulary of words and symbols with regard to this listening, you also recognize the origin of the malaise. By holding space, waves of feelings come, announcing the resolution and diffusion of the pattern. After dissolution, you experience a sense of peace, clarity, synchronicity, and authenticity.

The ProcessThis nine-week process will be facilitated by a mentor who will show you how to check in with yourself, develop orienting language skills to describe what you experience from within, letting your intuition recognize and facilitate the resolution of patterns of stagnant feelings, cultivating a new standard of resilience, well-being and personal, and social development. As the process advances, it will turn into a co-creative learning experience, helping us make visible and resolve unconscious patterns that would otherwise disrupt the way we relate interpersonally. This results in consciously trusting a deeply felt (entangled) connection that ensures personal and social issues can be flexibly resolved. The objective of this self-reflexive study is to discover and sustain new levels of feeling free and living life relating to everyone and everything from this sense of independence and harmony. Imagine feeling open to communicating with others, not from reactive patterns, but transparency and a heartfelt connection.

In professional development we guide you in developing the awareness, knowledge, and skills necessary for you to guide professionals/pupils/students/parents in a process of growth, individually or in a group setting. EMERGENT Organization
The QSL-IOLEE framework, method and practice facilitate a most natural way of learning seen in small children. We refer to this as emergent learning, which is in fact a form of action learning. When members of a larger community, through action learning, interact in a wider context, they can observe a process wherein competencies, capacities, and qualities, which they do not have on their own, spontaneously emerge. However, this shared observation can only happen when these members are aware of and can successfully diffuse those rigid patterns of reactivity that would otherwise divide these members and keep them from relating to each other empathically. Mentioned emergent process can in turn evolve into emergent organization, which can significantly enhance the overall learning or business process of your institution or organization. Where social emotional learning (SEL), and remedial teaching strategies pay attention to the student’s relationship with others, QSL-IOLEE guides towards dynamically recognizing what maladaptive responses are internally triggered that would otherwise be projected in relationship. Participants learn to contextualize and apply QSL-IOLEE, and develop language-skills around the ability to evolve connection and conversation from within. ACADEMIC RESEARCH
Within academia, and especially within the context of quantum social science (1) (2), as a research scholar you may engage in empirically studying different aspects of experience, including mind, cognition, affect, attention, awareness, presence, and the role of IOLEE’s linguistic framework in integrating all of the afore-mentioned knowledge areas in service of social (emotional) development. Through this work, we wish to cultivate quantum social learning, as a form of action learning that involves (group) interoception and introspection, conducted in and outside of the classroom or workplace, potentially leading to a global culture of individual and social coherence, resiliency, and well-being!
