Chantal's Journey
I feel very grateful for the guidance given to me when I was being trained as a Facilitator of Applied Consciousness Science, with specialization in IOLEE. I was given a lot of space to rediscover my own autonomy. A very important insight, when I gave an IOLEE session to a student for the first time under expert supervision, was that each time you allow your feelings, your consciousness given as much on your plate as you are able to process. So no need to hurry or worry about progress.
Ever since I finished the facilitator training I have been applying IOLEE in small groups of student. Each one of them having a different learning experience. One would not dare to take initiative towards teachers and other students. Another's leg would start to shake whenever giving a presentation. Whenever asked a question, he would immediately answer: "I don´t know". And some other students would go into high stress-mode in certain situations. Others would structurally procrastinate when it concerned their homework. The following are the lessons learned from applying IOLEE.

Rebecca’s Journey
In my personal life, IOLEE has allowed me to explore stored emotions that were holding me back. By enriching my personal life in a profound way, my professional life has also been improved. I am more present to my client’s internal process, discerning and recognizing patterns of (counter) transference.

Sangeetha’s Journey
After being trained as a medical researcher for over 10 years, and being exposed to complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) modalities in the past two years, I was trained to apply Inside-Out Learning Experience Ecosystem or IOLEE, and the educational methodology that it applies. During my ongoing training, I started to use IOLEE to guide some of my clients. I found that almost everyone had significant relief immediately after a (learning) session. They were suffering from chronic headache, heaviness, stress, and more. What was more compelling was how the biological responses that caused these discomforts could be explained based on the “Language of Emotions” framework that is described as part of IOLEE. This makes it easier for the client to independently understand the deeper meaning of what causes the discomfort that they feel, and how this relates to past experiences that they haven’t yet “metabolized”. The “integration” process brings the embodied experience to the conscious mind, which is key to resolution. These case studies keep stimulating my interest in understanding and validating how IOLEE's learning practice relates to the psychological, biological and neurological, envisioning a far-reaching impact of the same on health-cultivation, education, and corporate wellness, to name a few areas.

Disclaimer
Thousands of hours of field-observation between 2001 and 2019 have led to the following conclusions. Although IOLEE's approach to guiding the intrinsic learning process is non-therapeutic, its educational framework is designed to positively affect the capacity of learners to recognize the patterns of coping that disrupt balance socially and on all levels within us. This restores the capacity of learners to consciously and effortlessly process experiences as they internally emerge in connection with the immediate world outside. Continued practice develops into a self-directed intrinsic competency, which enables the learner to dynamically apply the acquired understanding, capacity and competency, on demand in day-to-day situations, positively affecting the learner physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
