IOLEE ECOSYSTEM
MISSION
We are creating a global ecosystem of communities of practice, wherein every individual learns to take responsibility for their own experience, well-being, and happiness, individually and collectively. By looking at our society in innoavtive ways (Society 3.0), we can enable community-members to work together without hierarchy. Local communities can be guided to emerge, fostering conscious dialogue, and collaboration. In conscious dialogue, members of a group practice to be present. They are open to receiving and offering feedback to support each other's personal process. Group-genius cultivates the potential of coming up with novel solutions. Through our programs, we wish to develop the capacity of communities to cultivate well-being globally, and executed locally.
